Driving Force-X will serve all types of clientele. From the experience seeker to the person that wants to cross off a bucket list item. Driving Force – X will also serve the corporate side, as we can weave into all experiences team-building exercises in golf, racing or both.

Golf

Kyle Shields, who is the owner operator, started golfing at the age of 10. Kyle had his own unforgettable X perience as a junior golfer. He was paired in a tournament with the most famous golfer in the world, Tiger Woods! In 1985 Kyle’s high school golf team won their high school division. In 1986, Kyle was recruited to play golf in college where he had a scholarship to Long Beach State University. Then played competitively in the Golden State mini tour for 3 years after college. He has worked in the golf industry for as a teacher, starter, and shop manager along with being a manager at a golf store in retail sales.

Golf is a passion for Kyle (who is still a 2 handicap) and just this year qualified for the finals in the GA State Mid Am placing 76th out of 150 in the state of GA.

Racing

Kyle started racing karts at the age of 18, where he won the Bridgestone Super Kart Series in his second year in the sport. Finding his passion for motor sports, he continued to move up the racing ladder going into Formula cars where he eventually made it up to Indy Lights (one step below the Indy Car series). Kyle then pursued NASCAR, racing both trucks and cars for teams like Penske and RCR. He now focuses on coaching upcoming talent at various racing schools throughout the USA.

Experience

Kyle started Shields Consulting Inc in 2001. Focusing on training car manufactures in sales, service, management and their parts departments on the sales process, customer satisfaction and manufactured product. Kyle is accustomed to speaking to groups of 2-150 while keeping them engaged for up to 4 hours in length. Kyle is great with using personal communication and training skills for constant engagement.

There will be no detail left unturned, as you can see, Kyle has many years of knowledge and skill in golf, racing and public speaking. Working and teaching for Disney Co, Penske and JD powers and associates Kyle has a great understanding about the art of customer service and attention to detail.
